Jondal and More Referral Program Terms
Program details (commission rate, payout threshold and payout method) will be added before the program opens.
Introduction
Jondal and More rewards people who bring new customers to Jondal. By joining you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and have a valid way to receive payouts. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion.
How it works
You get a personal referral code or link. You earn a commission on qualifying orders that come through your code or link. You are responsible for promoting it in line with the law, including advertising disclosure rules.
Commission and payouts
- The commission rate and payout threshold are stated in your program account. We may change them and will tell you by email.
- Commissions are paid only once the referred order has been paid. Cancelled or returned orders are deducted.
- We review commissions before payout and may hold or void commissions we believe were earned through fraud, self-referrals or misleading promotion. Payout can take up to 30 business days after the threshold is reached.
Coupon and deal sites
Posting your code on coupon or deal sites is not allowed. Doing so ends your participation and voids pending commissions.
Not allowed
- Paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok or similar for your code or link
- Bidding on the Jondal name or trademarks in paid search
- False or misleading claims about Jondal products
- Spam or unsolicited messages
- Pretending to be Jondal or an official representative
- Self-referrals
- Cashback sites or apps without our written approval
Disclosure
You must clearly say that you earn a commission, before the link, for example "#ad" or "I earn a commission from this link". Missing disclosure can end your participation.
Product claims
Do not make health or medical claims about our products. Keep descriptions accurate and consistent with what we publish. Send people with health questions to a healthcare professional.
Brand and content
Do not alter Jondal logos or images without our written consent. Use our materials in a way that fits our brand. We may ask you to remove content that does not meet our standards. After termination, remove all Jondal materials and links.
Taxes
You are responsible for taxes on your commissions. We issue tax forms where the law requires it.
Termination
Either side can end the relationship at any time. On termination you stop using Jondal materials, links and codes. If we end it for a breach, pending commissions may be forfeited. If you leave voluntarily, earned commissions are paid only if your balance meets the payout threshold.
Data
Do not misuse customer data you come across through the program. Handle all personal data according to the law and our Privacy policy.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits in connection with the program. Our total liability to you is limited to the commissions you earned in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are sent to active members by email. Continuing after a change means you accept it.
