Shipping policy

Orders placed on a business day ship the next business day. During launches, sales and holidays, processing can take two to three days longer.

Where we ship from and how long it takes
We ship from Germany. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout.
Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 4 to 6 business days
- Germany: 1 to 3 business days
- EU: 3 to 7 business days

Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update.

Wrong address
Please check your address before ordering. Once an order has shipped we cannot change it. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, we can reship it; the extra shipping is charged to you.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check with neighbours or your local carrier first. If a parcel seems lost in transit, email us within 30 days of the shipping date. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we will help where we can.
